We focus on AAV gene therapy aiming to increase the packaging efficiency and capacity,infection and expression efficiency and solve other related bottle neck problems. Specifically, we construct and modify new vectors, develop new processes and methods, and construct AAV serotype library and screen for new serotypes. We are working on Hemophilia A and eye diseases.
